Driven by passion to provide affordable housing to the general public Mr. Fasusi, unveiled Matrix Homes and Properties Limited on the 1st Day of May, 2019. The company is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and Special Control Unit for Money Laundry (SCUML); being the regulatory body that controls and monitors our financial activities.

Company Achievements

Barely six (6) months after Matrix Homes and Properties Limited launched her Real Estate business, the company was nominated for and indeed won an award of excellence from the REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS AWARD (REDA) as the EMERGING REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR on Sunday 8th December 2019 at EKO HOTELS & SUIT Lagos State.

MD/CEO

He is a respected Business consultant with a proven track record in Business Development and Management. Mr Gbenga brings his scientific skills to bear in analysis and decision making. He has a Bachelor degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Business administration.

Kolawole Fasusi

Director of Finance

Mr. Fasusi is a seasoned businessman and a qualified Accountant with a proven track record in the financial industry and business world. Among other noteworthy qualifications he bagged HND in Accounting, BSc in Statistics, MBA in Finance and MBA in Real Estate - Project Management from Lagos Business School.

Christiana Aina

Director of Operations

Christiana is versatile personnel in the corporate world. She has a Bachelor of Arts in the English language. With her kin interest, a wealth of experience and profound skills in real estate matters, she is passionate about ensuring excellent delivery of products and services.

Barrister Olupade Ebenezer

Legal Adviser

Barrister Ebenezer is a legal practitioner, he holds B.Sc, LLB (Hons) and BL. Area of specialization: Arbitration, property, corporate consultant and litigation.

Regional Marketing Manager

Onwubuta Victor is a seasoned salesperson with proven experience in sales, marketing (B2B, B2C). A good team player, having developed a high sense of professionalism working with different people in the cause of his career in sales. He has a BSc in Geography.
